BritCham Cambodia Opens Vote for Four Board Seats as Eleven Candidates Contest 2026 AGM Election

BritCham Cambodia has announced eleven candidates for election to its Board of Directors ahead of the chamber’s Annual General Meeting on April 28, with four board positions available this year as members vote on the future leadership of the seven-member board.

The chamber said nominations have now closed and confirmed the list of candidates standing for election, with voting details to be shared with members on Wednesday. In addition to electing directors, members will also be asked to vote on two resolutions relating to financial and administrative matters.

The upcoming vote will determine four available seats on the board, which comprises 11 directors in total and plays a central role in guiding the chamber’s strategic direction, member engagement, advocacy priorities and business events calendar in Cambodia.

The candidates, listed alphabetically by BritCham Cambodia, are:

  • Pippa Barson of Bromsgrove International School
  • Carrie Cameron of The King’s School Vattanacville
  • Sopunnka Chy of Bun & Associates
  • Paul Dodd of Infinity Financial Solutions
  • Timothy Edgecombe of Rosewood Phnom Penh
  • Lydet Pidor of BCAAC
  • Matthew Rendall of Sok Siphana Sethalay
  • James Roberts of KPMG Cambodia
  • Andrew Sullivan of LMMJM Investments
  • Sovichheka Sun of APS Cambodia

AGM to Be Held at Raffles Hotel Le Royal

The AGM will take place at Raffles Hotel Le Royal on April 28, 2026 from 6:00pm, followed by a complimentary member-exclusive networking evening attended by Dominic Williams, patron of the chamber.

BritCham Cambodia encouraged members to attend in person and cast their votes.

Member Voting Entitlements

According to the chamber:

  • Strategic, Sterling and Ordinary Members receive two votes and two complimentary networking tickets.
  • Windsor and Associate Members receive one complimentary networking ticket but are non-voting members.

The board election comes as business chambers in Cambodia continue to play an active role in supporting trade links, networking and policy dialogue between the private sector and government institutions. For BritCham Cambodia, the new board will help shape priorities for the coming year as the chamber continues representing British and international business interests in the Kingdom.
