Royal Group of Companies has announced the appointment of Oknha Kith Sula as Group Vice President, effective 26 July 2026, according to a company statement.
The appointment was announced by Neak Oknha Kith Meng, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Group of Companies, as part of the Group’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership team and support its long-term growth strategy.

According to the company, the appointment reflects Royal Group’s continued commitment to reinforcing its leadership capabilities while advancing its long-term vision across its diverse portfolio of businesses.

The statement said the appointment also demonstrates Neak Oknha Kith Meng’s confidence in Oknha Kith Sula’s leadership, dedication, and ability to contribute to the Group’s continued growth and long-term success.

Royal Group said Oknha Kith Sula will play an important role in strengthening corporate governance, driving business transformation, and supporting the sustainable growth of the Group, which has operated in Cambodia for more than 35 years.
The company added that it expects him to carry out his responsibilities with the highest standards of leadership, integrity, and professionalism while helping further develop Royal Group as one of the region’s leading and most respected business groups.

Beyond his corporate leadership responsibilities, the company noted that Oknha Kith Sula is also recognised for his philanthropic contributions in Cambodia. According to the statement, he has supported the Cambodian Red Cross through financial assistance and donations of essential supplies, while also contributing to initiatives led by the Royal Government of Cambodia.
Royal Group also called on its management and employees to provide their full support and cooperation as Oknha Kith Sula assumes his new responsibilities.
