Cambodia Investment Review
Phnom Penh’s innovation ecosystem will take center stage on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, as the Digital & Green Innovation Accelerator (DGIx) Cambodia hosts “Builders & Backers: Scaling Green x Digital Solutions for Cambodia” at Connexion, Koh Pich. Running from 1:00pm to 5:00pm on the 1st Floor, the event is designed to connect entrepreneurs developing sustainability-focused solutions with investors, corporates, development partners, and ecosystem supporters.
The half-day program will spotlight ventures working across agriculture, waste management, energy efficiency, financial inclusion, and sustainable apparel — sectors increasingly viewed as critical to Cambodia’s long-term growth. Rather than relying solely on panel discussions, the event combines plenary insights with direct venture engagement, an expo showcase, and targeted breakout sessions aimed at enabling real collaboration.

Digital and Green Frontiers
The event will open with a plenary session examining what it will take for Cambodia to build a green, tech-forward economy. Speakers will explore how digital transformation and sustainability can reinforce one another, and what ecosystem shifts are required to scale innovation in practical ways.
Discussions will range from embedding sustainability into business systems to strengthening Cambodia’s startup support landscape. The program also includes reflections on what entrepreneurs need to grow, where structural bottlenecks remain, and how partnerships between private sector actors, investors, and development organisations can help accelerate progress.
From Expo to Practical Partnerships
Beyond the plenary, the afternoon is structured to maximise interaction. An expo showcase will allow attendees to engage directly with participating ventures, followed by two rounds of breakout demo workshops and partnership exploration sessions.
