Cambodia Investment Review
Grab, Southeast Asia’s leading superapp, has announced it will fully integrate Nham24, Cambodia’s long-standing food delivery platform, into its app ecosystem, marking a significant milestone in the companies’ post-acquisition business combination.
The move comes as part of Grab’s broader strategy to deepen its investment in Cambodia’s digital economy, streamline user experience, and consolidate its position in the Kingdom’s rapidly evolving delivery and e-commerce sector.
Unified App Rollout Underway
Under the integration plan, the standalone Nham24 app will be phased out, with all of its services shifting exclusively to the Grab app. Users will be able to access Nham24’s popular food delivery options alongside Grab’s wider suite of services, including ride-hailing and digital payments, via a single, unified platform.

Grab Cambodia Country Head Sovannarot Kang, also known as Mike, confirmed that the migration will take place in the coming weeks, with a focus on maintaining a seamless experience for existing Nham24 users. He emphasized that the integration will bring personalized recommendations, expanded merchant offerings, and exclusive promotions, all while preserving the high standards of service that Nham24 has cultivated over the past decade.
Enhancing User and Merchant Experience
The integration follows a period of close collaboration between the Grab and Nham24 teams to ensure continuity and service quality throughout the transition. Borima Chann, CEO and Founder of Nham24, said the joint effort aims to maintain merchant availability, uphold service quality, and enhance operational efficiency.
“We are working diligently every day to ensure merchant selection availability and driver and service quality are maintained on the Grab platform,” Chann said, highlighting ongoing training programs for delivery drivers and enhanced support measures for merchants. The companies have already begun merging their delivery fleets to optimize logistics and improve delivery times.
In recent months, Grab has also retained Nham24’s existing commission structure for merchants, offered exclusive user promotions, and introduced free advertising credits for businesses joining the Grab platform. These initiatives aim to reduce friction for partners during the integration and stimulate demand across the growing digital marketplace.
Commitment to Cambodia’s Digital Growth
The integration underscores Grab’s commitment to Cambodia as a long-term investment destination, with both companies expressing a shared vision for accelerating the country’s digital economy. The transition reflects broader regional trends as superapps consolidate offerings in key emerging markets to drive user growth and operational scalability.
By leveraging the strengths of both platforms, the unified app is expected to deliver an improved consumer experience while empowering Cambodian merchants with new tools and a wider customer base. Feedback from users and partners will continue to shape improvements as the integration progresses.
An official migration timeline and further platform updates will be communicated via Nham24 and Grab’s official channels in the coming weeks.
This move represents a significant step in Cambodia’s digital transformation journey, as global and regional players align to deliver greater convenience, connectivity, and opportunity for consumers and businesses alike.
