Grab Cambodia Partners with Executive Auto to Launch Premium Ride Service

Cambodia Investment Review

Grab Cambodia has officially announced a partnership with Executive Auto to introduce a premium transport service, expanding its ride-hailing offerings with a fleet of high-end vehicles. The launch event took place at the Connexion Building on Koh Pich, Phnom Penh.

The new service, branded as “Grab Executive,” aims to offer customers a first-class ride experience featuring luxury vehicles and professional chauffeurs. Each vehicle will come equipped with amenities such as aromatic scents, bottled water, tissue boxes, umbrellas, and trash cans, providing an elevated level of comfort and service.

Enhancing the Ride-Hailing Experience

Speaking at the launch, Mr. Kang Sovannarot, Country Head of Grab Cambodia, said the collaboration reflects the company’s commitment to enhancing its mobility offerings.

“Partnering with Executive Auto is a proud step forward in redefining premium ride-hailing experiences for our customers. Grab Executive isn’t just about luxury—it’s about crafting an experience that combines exceptional comfort, refined elegance, and thoughtful service to make every ride enjoyable,” he stated.

The service, which will be available starting May 1, 2025, is designed to meet the growing demand for premium transportation solutions, catering to both business and leisure travelers.

Expanding Access to Luxury Transport

Mr. Long Niron, Chairman of Executive Auto, expressed optimism about the partnership’s potential to broaden access to high-end transport options.

“We are delighted to collaborate with Grab Cambodia to introduce our ultimate luxury transport experience to a broader audience. Our mission is to make a unique luxury and exclusive transport experience accessible to the public at customers’ fingertips through a well-established and highly reliable ride-hailing platform like Grab,” Mr. Niron said.

Executive Auto, founded earlier this year, focuses on delivering exclusive transport experiences, centered around privacy, timeliness, luxury and comfort, professionalism, and consistency. The company positions itself as a pioneer in Cambodia’s luxury transport sector.

Strategic Growth for Grab in Cambodia

The introduction of Grab Executive marks a strategic expansion for Grab Cambodia, reinforcing its commitment to providing diverse mobility solutions that cater to different customer needs. With Southeast Asia’s ride-hailing market becoming increasingly competitive, adding a premium service option aligns with Grab’s broader strategy to capture a wider segment of the market.

Grab Cambodia continues to build on its parent company’s broader regional presence. Grab operates in over 800 cities across eight Southeast Asian countries, offering services across deliveries, mobility, and digital financial solutions.

The partnership with Executive Auto highlights a growing trend in Cambodia’s urban mobility sector, as customers increasingly seek transport solutions that combine convenience, comfort, and quality service.

Customers can access the new Grab Executive service through the Grab app beginning May 1.
