Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with our company's goals and values.
  2. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Ensure a diverse and talented workforce.
  3. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, address concerns, and promote a positive work culture. Handle disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
  4. Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
  5. Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and promote ongoing learning and development for employees.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Keep up-to-date with changes in employment laws.
  7. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
  8. HR Metrics: Use HR analytics to track and report on key HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, with a strong track record of successful HR management.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive employee relations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools for recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to fostering a productive and inclusive workplace.
  • Fluency in English and Khmer is preferred as to manage local and international market.
