Budget Management: Monitor and manage company budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow and liquidity management, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.
Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.
Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals, including investment decisions and capital allocation.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA designation is a plus.
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of financial management and strategic decision-making.
In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
Experience in managing financial audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Fluency in English and Khmer is preferred as to manage local and international market.
