Supporting the leadership team, Kenneth Tang has been appointed Vice President. Tang works as a strategic partnerships and dealmaking consultant with experience in connecting investors and business networks across Southeast Asia.

The board also includes members from Cambodia’s legal and development sectors. Matt Rendall of Kinstellar and Sovicheany Pheng of Davies SM Attorneys-at-Law join as voting members, reflecting the importance of regulatory and legal expertise for international companies operating in Cambodia.
Leanne Devereux of CAPRED, a program supported by the Australian Government, also joins the board. CAPRED focuses on private sector development initiatives aimed at strengthening Cambodia’s competitiveness and inclusive economic growth.
Maintaining diplomatic and alumni links
Alongside the elected board members, AusCham has maintained two non-voting representatives to ensure continued institutional connections with key networks.
Karan Dhamija, First Secretary (Economic) at the Australian Embassy in Cambodia, will serve as a non-voting board member, helping facilitate dialogue between the chamber and Australia’s diplomatic mission on trade and investment matters.
Hong Reaksmey, President of the Australia Alumni Association of Cambodia (AAA-C) and a representative of Save the Children, will also serve as a non-voting member, strengthening ties between AusCham and Cambodia’s growing network of Australian-educated professionals.
Irving said the chamber will continue focusing on strengthening collaboration between Australian businesses and Cambodia’s evolving private sector.
“Australian companies have been long-term partners in Cambodia’s development across sectors such as education, finance, professional services, and development cooperation. Through AusCham, we aim to continue providing a platform where businesses can connect, share insights, and explore new opportunities between our two economies,” he said.
Growing the AusCham community in 2026
As Cambodia continues to attract international investment and deepen regional economic integration, AusCham plans to expand its activities in 2026 through networking events, industry discussions, business delegations, and policy engagement.
The chamber encourages companies, entrepreneurs, and professionals interested in strengthening Australia–Cambodia business links to participate in its programs and events throughout the year.
