Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and trends. Stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape.
Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders. Ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to client needs.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business deals.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure the successful
delivery of projects and solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful business development and revenue growth.
In-depth knowledge of the [industry or sector you operate in], including market dynamics and key players.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Analytical mindset with a results-driven orientation.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Fluency in English and Khmer is preferred as to manage local and international markets.
