Cambodia Investment Review
ABA Bank announced the signing of another Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with T-O Group to further strengthen digital payment integration across Cambodia.
The latest collaboration will integrate ABA PayWay’s secure checkout solution with T-O Group’s newest product, QR Menu – enabling customers to browse digital menus, place orders, and complete cashless payments seamlessly within a single digital experience. The solution is designed to help merchants streamline operations, enhance customer convenience, and improve the overall dining and retail experience.

This new MoU builds on ABA’s earlier partnership with T-O Group in 2025, which introduced ABA’s QR API into T-O Group’s POS systems, printed receipts, and self-service kiosk screens. That collaboration enabled merchants to generate dynamic ABA KHQR codes and for customers to complete payments instantly, laying the groundwork for today’s expanded integration.
The signing ceremony was held on May 7. It was attended by Malypoeur Plong, VP/Chief Digital Product Officer at ABA Bank, and Heng Vattay, Chairwoman of T-O Group, alongside their respective teams.
“At ABA, we continuously seek strategic partnerships that expand digital commerce capabilities and create seamless experiences for both merchants and consumers,” said Malypoeur Plong, VP and Chief Digital Product Officer at ABA Bank. “Today’s partnership reflects our shared vision with T-O Group to accelerate merchant digital transformation and further support Cambodia’s transition toward a cashless society.

“This partnership between ABA Bank and T.O Group represents our shared commitment to accelerating merchant digital transformation in Cambodia through innovative payment and business solutions,” commented Heng Vattay, Chairwoman of T-O Group.
By combining ABA’s leadership in digital banking and payment innovation with T-O Group’s expertise in merchant technology solutions, both entities aim to strengthen Cambodia’s digital commerce ecosystem and redefine the future of the country’s digital ordering and cashless payments.
