Building “Dream Homes and Dream Schools”

Neak Oknha Leang Huong (Henry), Cluster President and Board Member of Chip Mong Group, said the Group’s vision goes beyond property development, focusing on community enrichment through education.

“Chip Mong not only builds everyone’s dream home but also aims to build dream schools for their children,” he said.
“We believe that maintaining international standards in education will help Cambodian children develop the skills, confidence, and global mindset needed to thrive proudly on the international stage.”

iCAN’s expansion will begin within Grand Landmark 271, with plans to roll out additional campuses across other Chip Mong Land residential projects. The integration of top-tier education facilities within these developments is designed to enhance quality of life and attract families seeking both modern living and academic excellence.

A Continued Commitment to Cambodia’s Human Capital

Chip Mong Group has consistently invested in initiatives that strengthen Cambodia’s educational and innovation ecosystem. Notably, it supports the Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen Scholarship Students Association (AMK), sponsors outstanding students from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) for international competitions such as the 2025 ABU Robocon in Mongolia, and has distributed tablets to high-performing Grade A Baccalaureate students since 2018.

This new USD 100 million investment represents a significant step in the Group’s corporate social responsibility journey — reinforcing education as a cornerstone of sustainable development.
