Cambodia Leadership Review & Grow4Growth Consultant Announce Partnership on Inaugural “50 Voices Khmer Women” Edition

Cambodia Leadership Review (CLR), published by CIR Media, in conjunction with the International Business Chamber of Cambodia has announced a new collaboration with Grow4Growth Consultant (G4G) to launch its inaugural Khmer Women’s Edition, expanding its flagship “50 International Voices” platform, which has been running since 2023.

Following the successful release of the 2026 “50 International Voices” edition, which highlighted leading international figures contributing to Cambodia’s growth, the upcoming publication will, for the first time, shift its focus to outstanding Khmer women across business and social impact sectors.

Spotlighting Khmer Women Across Industries

The Women’s Edition aims to recognise Cambodian women from a wide range of industries and backgrounds, including entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, education, development, and community initiatives.

The initiative seeks to better reflect the important and growing role of women in shaping Cambodia’s economic and social landscape, while providing a platform that connects local achievements with a broader international audience.

Kim Tol Tan, Founder and CEO of Grow4Growth Consultant, said the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to elevating women’s voices in Cambodia.

“This initiative is about recognising the depth and diversity of female talent in Cambodia. Across industries and communities, women are playing a critical role in shaping the country’s future, and this platform helps ensure those contributions are more widely seen and appreciated,” she said.

Expanding the 50 International Voices Platform

Harrison White, Editor of Cambodia Leadership Review and CEO of CIR Media, said the Women’s Edition represents a natural evolution of the publication’s core platform.

“The ‘50 International Voices’ series has been running since 2023 and has consistently aimed to highlight leadership and impact within Cambodia. This Women’s Edition builds on that foundation by focusing more directly on Khmer women who are driving business growth, innovation, and social change across the country,” he said.

The list will be curated by a select group of contributors and industry stakeholders, with the aim of including as many voices as possible across sectors and backgrounds.

The printed magazine is expected to be released in mid-June 2026 and will be distributed to key stakeholders across Cambodia’s business community, as well as international partners.
