Cambodia Leadership Review
The Cambodian Institute of Directors (Cam-IoD) has officially opened enrollment for its Certified Directors Course 2025-2026, the Kingdom’s only internationally-aligned certification program designed to strengthen leadership capacity in Cambodia’s evolving corporate sector.
Running from October 2025 to September 2026, the program aims to equip board members and senior executives with the knowledge, confidence, and skills necessary to lead responsibly and strategically, in line with best practices from Institutes of Directors in the UK, Ireland, Singapore, and Australia.

Delivered through six in-depth modules, the Certified Directors Course covers corporate governance fundamentals, financial management, leadership, corporate risk, compliance, and strategic boardroom practices. Participants will benefit from a flexible learning structure that combines in-person classes, online sessions, real-world case studies, and group assignments — thoughtfully scheduled to accommodate executive calendars, including breaks during Cambodian holidays.

Enrollment for the Certified Directors Course 2025-2026 is now open, with early bird pricing available until June 15, 2025. Participants who register early can secure a discounted rate of $2,300, saving $600 off the standard fee of $2,900.
For added flexibility, payment plans are available:

- Full Payment by June 15: Discounted to $2,300
Standard and late enrollment options are also available, but applicants are encouraged to apply early due to limited spaces, ensuring a personalized and high-impact learning experience.
