ACLEDA Bank Plc., Cambodia’s largest homegrown commercial bank, has been relentlessly advancing its banking technology to embrace the evolving changes of global technologies. Most recently, for example, the Bank has updated its ACLEDA Mobile to 7.0 version, incorporating new special features, which are more accessible and more secure for the users.
Why this latest update?
With its 7.0 version, ACLEDA Mobile is designed for more inclusive use by users of all ages and backgrounds, catching up with most advanced technology – artificial intelligence or AI. With more elegant and appealing features, ACLEDA Mobile has also advanced the technology making it more secure and incorporating payment and transfer functions – the first of its kind in the country.
Most importantly, with the 7.0 update, all main functions gather right in the home screen of the App making it most convenient for the users. Also, the advanced technology enables the QR scan via ACLEDA Mobile to be possibly fastest making users’ life much easy when making QR scan payments.
From January to end of June, 2024, payment transactions on the ACLEDA Mobile app reached 410 million transactions while the number of people signing up to use the Bank’s mobile app has reached 3.8 million – as of today, according to a senior manager at the Bank.
SOK Sophea, Senior Vice President & Senior Head of Marketing of ACLEDA Bank Plc, said the increase in both number of users and payment transactions via ACLEDA Mobile reflects increased demand for and awareness of the users about financial technology in Cambodia.
This also showed people’s trust in ACLEDA Bank that has always endeavored to advance its banking technology for the great interests of the users making them both convenient and safe to use our services, she added.

To update your ACLEDA Mobile to the latest 7.0 version, please go to App Store, Google Play or App Gallery, and then update ACLEDA Mobile. After the update, open the App, and go to Menu on the top left, choose ‘Settings’, then click on ‘Themes’, and then choose ‘Modern.’
