Job Description
- Monthly and end year process
- Monitoring with account PA/RA
- Cash receipts
- General ledger
- Manage payroll and utilities
- Manage cash forecasting
- Monitoring revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- Capital assets reconciliations
- Account statement reconciliations
- Check runs
- Fixed asset activity
- Manage and analyze accounting data and produce financial report or statement
- Manage over preparation of financial forecasts, and annual budgets
- Ensure that the reported result comply with generally accepted accounting principles of financial reporting standards
- Responsible for tax planning thought the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return
- Audit accounts to ensure that compliance with state and federal regulation; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements
- Manage the accounting staff that is responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.
- Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equal degree qualify to Financial and banking or accounting
- O5 Years experiences up
- Tax and accounting law knowledge
- Firmly with garment industrial field
- Responsibilities, honestly and cooperate in teamwork
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of Chinese language will be added an advantage
- Computer knowledge related to financial program
- Local only
