Cambodia Investment Review
WorldBridge Group and DRSB Express have entered into a strategic partnership designed to accelerate Cambodia’s cross-border e-commerce and logistics capabilities, combining their expertise to enhance supply chains, improve nationwide delivery networks, and facilitate regional trade.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in Phnom Penh by WorldBridge Group Chairman Rithy Sear and DRSB Express Chief Executive Officer Kim Sambath, establishing a framework for collaboration across logistics infrastructure, cross-border commerce, and business development.
Combining complementary strengths
The partnership brings together DRSB Express’ integrated e-commerce logistics platform—which connects overseas suppliers with Cambodian consumers through warehousing, fulfillment, and nationwide last-mile delivery—with WorldBridge Group’s diversified operations spanning logistics, real estate, financial services, and regional infrastructure.
By leveraging these complementary capabilities, the companies aim to identify and develop opportunities that improve cross-border trade capacity while supporting businesses operating within Cambodia’s rapidly evolving digital economy.

Supporting Cambodia’s logistics modernization
The collaboration comes as Cambodia continues efforts to modernize its logistics sector and strengthen international trade connectivity.
According to the companies, the partnership is intended to improve supply chain efficiency, expand cross-border trading opportunities, and contribute to the development of a more competitive logistics ecosystem that benefits businesses and consumers alike.
Rithy Sear said DRSB Express has established a strong platform and customer base in a relatively short period, adding that closer cooperation could help deepen Cambodia’s participation in regional trade while delivering enhanced services across the market.

Building long-term economic value
The agreement represents another step in WorldBridge Group’s broader commitment to supporting Cambodia’s economic development through investments in logistics and infrastructure.
Both companies said they expect the collaboration to create long-term value by strengthening domestic commerce and improving the movement of goods between Cambodia and international markets.
Founded in 1992, WorldBridge Group is one of Cambodia’s leading conglomerates with interests across logistics, real estate, finance, hospitality, and other sectors. DRSB Express, established in 2016, provides integrated supply chain solutions covering cross-border logistics, order management, warehousing, fulfillment, and nationwide last-mile delivery.
