In March, OCIC advanced community engagement, cultural initiatives, and project development. Highlights included International Women’s Day celebrations at Norea City (Norea Satellite City) and (Techo International Airport), essential supply donations to displaced families with Canadia Bank through Phase II of the “ONE KHMER FUND FOR PEACE AND SOVEREIGNTY,” and the launch of Chroy Changvar City’s new identity as Chroy Changvar Bay (Chroy ChangVar Commercial City). We also marked International Francophonie Day, celebrating diverse voices within our community.

Looking Ahead: Carnegie in Cambodia
OCIC is proud to support Carnegie in Cambodia, a cultural evening at Koh Pich – កោះពេជ្រ City Hall on April 4, 2026. The event will feature internationally acclaimed pianist Julian Gargiulo performing alongside Princess Norodom Jenna, accompanied by the special exhibition “Pithi – Objects of Ceremony”, showcasing recently returned Khmer artefacts and celebrating Cambodia’s rich heritage.
All proceeds will benefit educational initiatives, including the Cambodia–Japan Friendship School and Il Nodo, supporting children’s education across the country.
The exhibition opens at 5:30 PM, offering guests an unforgettable evening of artistry, culture, and purpose.

Franco-Cambodian dialogue on volunteering and sustainable development
On the occasion of the visit to Cambodia by Yann Delaunay, CEO of France Volontaires, a meeting was held with Okhna Dr. Carolyne Pung and Thierry Tea, Vice President of #OCIC Group.
The discussion highlighted an initial concrete collaboration through the deployment of an International Solidarity Volunteer at CamTech University, as part of the V-Francophonie program, ahead of the Francophonie Summit 2026.
The discussions also created new opportunities for collaboration related to Cambodian-French projects and sustainable development, supported by the engagement of international volunteers, particularly in preparation for the 2026 Francophonie Summit in #Cambodia.
