LBL International Construction, has officially formalized its partnership with MIRAKU Capital & Development Co., Ltd. for the G.A.T.O Tower project in Phnom Penh. The signing confirms LBL International Construction as the construction partner for one of Cambodia’s most ambitious high-rise developments, with groundbreaking scheduled for June 2026.
LBL International Construction leads the full construction scope of the tower while Wise handles design execution, offering MIRAKU an integrated delivery model across both the technical and creative dimensions of the project.

The relationship between LBL International and MIRAKU Capital & Development was first established in November 2025, when the two parties signed an initial Design contract. That agreement laid the operational and contractual groundwork that has since guided the project’s preparation, culminating in today’s official partnership signing. Wise, the LBL’s design branch is serving as lead designer, managing architectural coordination and full engineering development from the concept stage, while the construction company has been appointed under a design-and-build arrangement. The concept design of the façade and of the architecture is provided by the renowned Japanese architect Shin Takamatsu.
The partnership’s first visible milestone was reached in February 2026 with the completion of the GATO Tower sales gallery, delivered through a Design and Build contract by LBL International in under two months and inaugurated ahead of the broader construction launch.
About G.A.T.O Tower
Located on Street 334 at the corner of Norodom Boulevard in BKK1, Phnom Penh, G.A.T.O Tower will rise 297 meters across 67 floors. The building development combines 472 residential units and a 224-room five-star hotel. Construction begins in June 2026 with completion targeted for Q4 2030.
