MoU Signing Between Telecom Cambodia and ACLEDA Bank on the Utilization of ACLEDA Bank Services for Telecom Cambodia’s Service Fee Payments (E-payment for Telecom Cambodia Service Fees)

On the afternoon of Thursday, May 7, 2026, ACLEDA Bank Plc. (“ACLEDA Bank”), the first Commercial Bank in Cambodia listed it shares on the Cambodia Securities Exchange, officially announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Telecom Cambodia. This partnership focuses on the utilization of ACLEDA Bank Plc.’s financial services for the E- payment for Telecom Cambodia service fees.

The collaboration aims to provide convenience and speed up to the customers and public in settling Telecom Cambodia’s service fees and other necessary payments. The customers can now make payments through various digital channels, including ACLEDA Mobile (The ACLEDA Super App), ACLEDA Internet Banking, Online Payment Systems (X-Pay, Deeplink, KHQR), MPGS System (International Payment Gateway for bill payments), WeChat Pay, Over-the-Counter at any ACLEDA Bank branch or operating office nationwide.

The signing ceremony was held under the high presidency of H.E. Dr. Soeung Morarith, Director General of Telecom Cambodia,and Dr. In Channy, President & Group Managing Director of ACLEDA Bank Plc., with the presence of management and colleagues from both institutions.

This MoU is intended to enhance the efficiency of commercial banking services and promote the use of Financial Technology (FinTech) within the telecommunications sector. By providing a secure, easy, and rapid digital payment infrastructure, this partnership will help the customers save time, ensure high security, and promote financial transparency.
