Another standout feature recognized by the award’s judging panel is Navi, Cambodia’s first AI-powered virtual banking assistant. Integrated into the ABA Mobile app and available in multiple languages, Navi responds to user inquiries in real time, setting a new standard for accessible and efficient customer support.
First Personal Finance Management Tool
To further support smarter financial habits, the app’s Analytic Feature introduces the country’s first personal finance management tools within a banking platform. By enabling users to track spending, set budgets, and generate customized reports, ABA Mobile helps customers make informed financial decisions with confidence.
