The scholarship includes 25 hours of class weekly over 12 weeks. Students can choose to study at Soundskool Music Cambodia’s campuses in Phnom Penh or in Siem Reap.

Gabriele Faja (CEO of Soundskool) & Chrin Sovann (Director of KMH Foundation).

The application process consists of an audition and an interview. Shortlisted applicants are required to prepare two pieces of music: one of their choice in any style and one piece from the provided list, based on each applicant’s instrument and level.

The scholarship was launched on July 3 as a collaboration between Soundskool Music Cambodia and the KMH Foundation, which is the corporate social responsibility arm of the ISI Group of companies.

Soundskool was opened in 2014 by Gabriele Faja. This program is based on a direct scholarship model, which pairs sponsors with individual students.
