AmCham Cambodia is hosting the “Strategic Synergy: Law & Entrepreneurship” luncheon on November 28, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Topaz Restaurant in Phnom Penh. This event will bring together legal and business professionals to explore how legal considerations influence business strategies in Cambodia.

Keynote Address and Expert Panel Discussions

The event will begin with a keynote address by Mr. Rami Sharaf, Vice Chairman of TSG Global, who will set the stage by discussing the critical role of legal frameworks in supporting business growth. Following the keynote, a panel featuring Dr. Virak Prum, Chairman of CamEd Business School, and Mr. Harrison White, Founder and Editor of Cambodia Investment Review, will engage in a detailed discussion on topics including the interaction between law and business strategy. They will also address whether businesses should rely on in-house counsel or outsource legal services.

An Open Forum for Business and Legal Queries

Harrison White emphasized that the event would also serve as an open forum for attendees to ask their own legal and business-related questions. “This session will provide a great opportunity for business leaders to explore how legal strategies can complement their business models as well as discussing whether outsourcing or having in-house legal support is the best choice for companies,” White said.

The luncheon is priced at $25 for AmCham members and $35 for non-members. Interested attendees are encouraged to register early via the event’s QR code or click the link here: https://amchamcambodia.glueup.com/event/legal-event-126555/
