IT Strategy: Develop and implement the company's IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability for future growth.
Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures, ensuring data protection and compliance with relevant regulations.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement of hardware, software, and services.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
IT Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of IT-related issues.
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize IT disruptions.
IT Policies and Compliance: Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant Certifications are a plus.
Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar IT leadership role, with a strong track record of successful IT management and project delivery.
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and best practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop IT professionals.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in IT procurement, budget management, and vendor relations.
Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and the ability to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
Fluency in English and Khmer is preferred as to manage local and international markets.
