+ Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Market Expansion:

  • Develop and implement company's business strategy for Cambodia in alignment with our overall corporate objectives.
  • Identify and execute a comprehensive market entry and growth strategy for Cambodia.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's short-term and long-term goals. This includes market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and making informed decisions about the direction of the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments in Cambodia.

Operational Management:

  • Optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation, cost control and compliance with local regulations.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong professional network with key stakeholders, including government authorities, business stakeholders and industry partners.

+ Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related fields in logistics/supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably as a General Manager, Country Manager or in the Sales/Business Development capacity with a track record of successful business operations in Cambodia/Southeast Asian market.
  • Fluency in English and Khmer is preferred as to manage local and international market.
  • Strong understanding of the Cambodian market and business environment.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
