+ Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Market Expansion:
- Develop and implement company's business strategy for Cambodia in alignment with our overall corporate objectives.
- Identify and execute a comprehensive market entry and growth strategy for Cambodia.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's short-term and long-term goals. This includes market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and making informed decisions about the direction of the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments in Cambodia.
Operational Management:
- Optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation, cost control and compliance with local regulations.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong professional network with key stakeholders, including government authorities, business stakeholders and industry partners.
+ Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related fields in logistics/supply chain management.
- Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably as a General Manager, Country Manager or in the Sales/Business Development capacity with a track record of successful business operations in Cambodia/Southeast Asian market.
- Fluency in English and Khmer is preferred as to manage local and international market.
- Strong understanding of the Cambodian market and business environment.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
- Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
