Description
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Strategy: Develop and implement the company's IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability for future growth.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures, ensuring data protection and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement of hardware, software, and services.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
- IT Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of IT-related issues.
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize IT disruptions.
- IT Policies and Compliance: Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant Certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar IT leadership role, with a strong track record of successful IT management and project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop IT professionals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in IT procurement, budget management, and vendor relations.
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
- Fluency in English and Khmer is preferred as to manage local and international markets.
