Phnom Penh’s live entertainment scene is set to welcome one of Southeast Asia’s most recognizable comedy talents this weekend, as Singaporean stand-up comedian Fadzri Rashid performs live in Cambodia for the first time as part of NagaWorld’s ongoing Laughs Without Borders series.

The one-night-only performance will take place on May 30 at Darlin’ Darlin’ Music Lounge, located within NagaWorld, bringing Fadzri’s distinctive blend of storytelling, cultural observations, and regional humour to audiences in the Cambodian capital.

Fadzri is widely regarded as one of Singapore’s leading stand-up comedians and is the first Singaporean comic to release two Netflix comedy specials, Almost Banned and Too Real. His performances have attracted audiences across Southeast Asia, Australia, and beyond, with material that draws on everyday life, cultural differences, and contemporary social issues.

The Phnom Penh show marks his debut appearance in Cambodia and forms part of NagaWorld’s Laughs Without Borders series, which aims to bring international comedy acts and diverse entertainment experiences to local audiences.

The evening will also feature hosting duties by comedian and entertainer Jacky Ng, adding an additional regional flavour to the event.

Organisers said attendees can expect a night of live stand-up comedy featuring Fadzri’s signature style, which has been tested and refined across performances in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and other international markets.

The event comes as Phnom Penh continues to expand its entertainment and lifestyle offerings, with increasing demand for live performances, international acts, and cultural experiences catering to both local residents and the city’s growing international community.

Tickets for the performance start from $30 and are available through the Jelly Jelly mobile application.

The show is expected to attract comedy fans, expatriates, business professionals, and entertainment enthusiasts looking for a unique night out in the capital.
