Marriott International, Inc. and The Royal Group International have announced plans to debut The Ritz-Carlton in Cambodia in 2032 with The Ritz-Carlton, Phnom Penh and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Phnom Penh – a striking new landmark in the heart of the capital city that is expected to comprise a new 152-key Ritz-Carlton Hotel alongside 119 branded residences.
The Ritz-Carlton, Phnom Penh and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Phnom Penh are being developed by The Royal Group International, a member of The Royal Group, Cambodia’s leading strategic investment company.

Planned to form part of a new mixed-use development
Commanding a prime location on Norodom Boulevard, a major thoroughfare in the Daun Penh district of the city, The Ritz-Carlton, Phnom Penh and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Phnom Penh are planned to form part of a new mixed-use development which also features a Grade A office tower. Upon opening, guests and residents will be on the doorstep of the city’s main cultural and commercial attractions, including the Central Market, Royal Palace, and National Museum of Cambodia, while Phnom Penh’s new Techo International Airport is only 20km away.
The Ritz-Carlton, Phnom Penh is expected to comprise 152 sophisticated hotel rooms and suites with views across the city and Mekong River. The design plans also include scope for an outdoor infinity pool, a fully equipped fitness center, The Ritz-Carlton Spa, and five restaurants and lounges, including a sky bar and an exclusive Club Lounge, delivering an elevated luxury and wellness experience to the city. For meeting planners, the anticipated 1,700 square meters of conference and banqueting space – including a glamorous grand ballroom – will set the stage for corporate conferences and one-of-a-kind weddings.
Spanning levels 30-60 of the tower, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Phnom Penh is slated to become Cambodia’s the first and only ultra-luxury branded residences, setting a new benchmark for best-in-class hospitality and wellness-inspired luxury living in Cambodia. A diverse collection of residences is expected to be available, including two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts. The plans also feature four spacious duplex residences and nine breathtaking penthouses, offering generous living spaces, world-class interiors, and sweeping panoramic vistas, most notably the spectacular views overlooking the iconic Four Faces River (Chaktomuk) confluence.
