Masswork Co Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with China’s Goldcard Smart Group Co Ltd (SHE:300349) to bring Goldcard’s smart utility products to Southeast Asia. The agreement, signed on March 10, 2025, marks a strategic move to enhance technological solutions for resource management in the region.

Goldcard Smart Group specializes in smart gas meters, smart water meters, and a range of renewable energy products. With a track record of improving efficiency and reducing resource wastage in China and other international markets, the company’s solutions align with government efforts to tackle utility losses and enhance sustainability.

Strengthening Market Presence

The partnership between Masswork and Goldcard Smart Group is expected to expand both companies’ market presence in Southeast Asia, leveraging their combined expertise in smart metering and resource management. Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dalton Wong, Executive Chairman of Masswork, expressed confidence in the collaboration.
