Germany’s TUI Hotels and Resorts, part of TUI Group, has partnered with Dara Hotels Group of OCIC for TUI SUNEO Olympia Phnom Penh, the group’s first TUI SUNEO branded hotel in Cambodia. Formalized during a signing ceremony in Hong Kong, the partnership connects the property to TUI’s international network, enhancing Phnom Penh’s appeal to international and European leisure and business travellers.
The partnership introduces TUI SUNEO’s leisure and value-driven hospitality concept to Phnom Penh, offering international standards of service, and comfort, drawing on TUI Group’s global experience and Dara Hotels Group’s expertise in Cambodia’s hospitality sector.

The opening is scheduled for September 2026, marking the official launch of TUI SUNEO in Phnom Penh and the fourth leisure hotel under the brand in the Asia-Pacific region.
The newly signed property will feature 168 guest rooms, designed to cater to both leisure and business travellers in central Phnom Penh. The partnership highlights the growing appeal of Cambodia’s capital to international hotel operators and travel brands.
The collaboration also marks Dara Hotels Group’s second international hospitality partnership, marking another milestone in the group’s continued efforts to collaborate with global brands and expand internationally recognized hospitality offerings in Cambodia.
