Cambodia Leadership Review Launches ’50 Khmer Women Voices 2026′ to Celebrate the Women Shaping the Kingdom’s Future

CIR Media

Cambodia Leadership Review (CLR), published by CIR Media in partnership with Grow4Growth Training & Development, has officially launched its inaugural ’50 Khmer Women Voices 2026′ edition, celebrating fifty Cambodian women whose leadership, innovation and impact are helping shape the country’s future across business, finance, technology, healthcare, law, education, entrepreneurship and the creative industries.

The 128-page publication represents the first time Cambodia Leadership Review has dedicated an entire edition to showcasing Khmer women leaders, reflecting the growing influence of women across Cambodia’s economy while creating visible role models for future generations.

Through in-depth interviews and leadership profiles, the publication explores not only the professional achievements of each woman but also the experiences, challenges and values that have shaped their careers.

A Platform Showcasing Cambodia’s Future Leaders

Harrison White, Founder & CEO of CIR Media and Editor of Cambodia Leadership Review, said the publication was created to celebrate the people behind Cambodia’s economic progress.

“When we launched Cambodia Leadership Review, our vision was to create a publication that celebrates the people behind Cambodia’s progress. Every successful business, investment and industry is built by leaders whose vision, resilience and determination are shaping the Kingdom’s future. Their stories deserve to be told.”

Harrison said the special edition marked an important milestone for the publication.

“This edition is about far more than recognising professional success. We wanted to showcase Cambodian women who are building businesses, leading organisations, creating opportunities for others and inspiring the next generation to believe that leadership is possible for them too. If even one young girl reads these stories and thinks, ‘I can do that one day,’ then we’ve achieved something meaningful.”

Partnering to Inspire the Next Generation

The project was developed in partnership with Grow4Growth Training & Development, whose Founder and CEO, Kim Tol Tan, has long championed women’s leadership and professional development across Cambodia and ASEAN.

Kim said the publication recognises the often unseen responsibilities carried by women leaders while highlighting the importance of visibility.

“Every woman featured in this edition is a builder. Some have built companies, others institutions, and many have built credibility in industries where women were once underrepresented. What connects them all is not only what they have achieved, but how they achieved it.”

She added that showcasing these stories creates opportunities beyond recognition.

“Representation matters. Young women need to see leaders who look like them. When they see Cambodian women leading banks, technology companies, hospitals, law firms and international businesses, it helps them realise those paths are open to them as well.”

Celebrating Leadership Beyond Titles

Unlike rankings based solely on seniority or public profile, the 50 Khmer Women Voices 2026 selection recognises women making meaningful contributions across Cambodia’s economy while serving as role models for future generations. Each leader was assessed across four criteria: Leadership, Impact, Inspiration and Vision.

The publication features leaders from a broad range of sectors including banking, agriculture, healthcare, education, technology, real estate, manufacturing, media, hospitality, logistics and law, reflecting the increasing diversity of female leadership within Cambodia’s private sector.

Cambodia Leadership Review said it intends for the annual series to become a long-term platform documenting the leaders helping shape Cambodia while inspiring future generations.
