Cambodia Investment Review
The American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (AmCham Cambodia) has announced the agenda for its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place on March 19 at the Shangri-La Phnom Penh. The annual meeting will bring together members of Cambodia’s international business community to review the chamber’s activities over the past year, discuss priorities for the year ahead, and elect new members to its Board of Governors.
This year’s AGM will include board elections for five available seats. The chamber’s Board of Governors consists of a total of 11 positions, with members elected by the AmCham membership. The elected board helps guide the chamber’s strategic direction, governance, and engagement with the wider business community.

Board members elected at the AGM will work alongside the existing leadership to support the chamber’s mission of promoting trade, investment, and business cooperation between Cambodia and the United States, while also strengthening the broader international business ecosystem operating in the Kingdom.
AmCham’s board also works closely with its various committees, which address key issues affecting the business environment such as digital economy development, regulatory reform, trade facilitation, and sector-specific challenges faced by companies operating in Cambodia.
AGM to review activities and priorities for 2026
In addition to the board elections, the AGM will provide an opportunity for members to review the chamber’s activities over the past year. This includes updates on membership growth, committee initiatives, policy engagement, and the chamber’s role in facilitating dialogue between businesses and government stakeholders.
AmCham Cambodia has remained an active platform for business networking, advocacy, and policy discussions in recent years, hosting regular industry events, forums, and roundtables aimed at strengthening private sector engagement.
