CSX Announcement: LOLC Cambodia’s $20 Million Guaranteed Sustainability Bond Approved for Listing

The Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) has approved the listing of LOLC (Cambodia) Plc.’s approximately $20 million guaranteed sustainability bond, with trading scheduled to begin on September 10, 2026.

The five-year bond, covering 2026–2031, carries an annual coupon rate of 5.75 percent, paid semi-annually. Each bond has a nominal value equivalent to approximately $25 and was issued at 100 percent of its nominal value.

The securities will trade under the symbol LOLC31A, with the standard code KH2000081G87 and short code B000081G8.

Bond Guaranteed by CGCC

The bonds constitute unsubordinated and unsecured obligations of LOLC Cambodia and are guaranteed by the Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia.

Redemptions are scheduled to begin on August 20, 2029 and continue through the fifth year. The CSX disclosure states that the bonds may be repurchased before and on the maturity date.

LOLC Cambodia is a microfinance institution led by Chief Executive Officer Sok Voeun.

Yuanta Securities (Cambodia) Plc. is the underwriter, while Canadia Securities Co., Ltd. is the bondholders’ representative. ACLEDA Bank Plc. is the registrar, transfer and paying agent.

ANANT Law Firm is acting as legal adviser, the Rating Agency of Cambodia Plc. is the credit-rating agency, and Moody’s Investors Service provided the second-party opinion.
