Cambodia Investment Review
The British Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia will host an upcoming business breakfast talk titled “The Evolution of Communications” on Friday 20 March at the Ruder Finn ERA office in Connexions, Koh Pich, bringing together leading voices from media, digital platforms, and strategic communications to discuss how the industry has changed in recent years.
The session will focus on the shift from traditional media relations to today’s fast-moving digital landscape, with particular attention on why reputation management is increasingly becoming a proactive discipline rather than a reactive one.
The panel will feature four speakers with experience across journalism, digital platforms, and international communications advisory:
Sarvinoz Nuritdinova, CEO of B2B Asia News, leads a regional business media platform covering investment and economic developments across Asia, with a focus on connecting international investors with emerging markets.
Harrison White, Founder and Editor of Cambodia Investment Review, has been at the forefront of English-language business media in the Kingdom, with CIR established to provide investment and economic news to both local and international audiences and to support Cambodia’s growing private sector ecosystem.
Rosanich Sou, Partner Director for TikTok at Aleph Group, Inc., represents one of the world’s fastest-growing digital advertising ecosystems, working with businesses across the region on platform strategy, content distribution, and digital audience engagement.

Alex Dance, Managing Director of Ruder Finn ERA Cambodia and Laos, leads one of the region’s leading communications advisory firms, supporting companies on reputation, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement as Cambodia’s business environment becomes more complex and increasingly digital. He has spent nearly a decade working in the Kingdom’s communications sector and has advised both local and international organizations on navigating media, regulatory, and reputational challenges.
According to the organizers, the discussion will explore how communications strategies have evolved from press-driven messaging to multi-platform reputation management, and how companies operating in Cambodia must adapt to an environment where trust, digital visibility, and stakeholder perception can change rapidly.
The event will run from 8:30am to 11:00am, followed by networking with members of the business community.
With Cambodia’s private sector becoming more international and more digitally connected, the topic reflects a broader shift across the region, where communications is no longer seen as a support function but as a core part of business strategy.
