Through this partnership, both organizations will work together to educate the public investors, offer training to potential IPO issuers and listing companies, host informative seminars and workshops, and mutually share updates on tax, accounting, and regulations in the financial market.

Partnership Aims To Empower The Local Companies

Together, Cana Securities and Baker Tilly aim to empower the local companies, especially the SMEs, and the individual investors, with knowledge and expertise to make informed investment decisions in the Kingdom’s securities market and the intricacies of Initial Public Offerings (IPO). The partnership agreement signing ceremony was presided by Mr. Thai Nha, CEO of Cana Securities, and Oknha Tan Khee Meng, Managing Partner of Baker Tilly (Cambodia). Also present were Mr. Raymond Sia, Chairman of Cana Securities and CEO & Executive Board Director of Canadia Bank, and Mr. Ou Sophanarith, Director of Cana Securities and CFO of Canadia Bank, along with the management teams from both firms.

Mr. Thai Nha, CEO of Cana Securities, said that this collaborative partnership is part of the bigger vision of Cana Securities to promote the domestic Capital Markets and increase public confidence on the issuance and trading of securities alongside promoting financial literacy.
