This month’s InterNations event took the local business community by storm, as it brought together cross-sector figures from the expat and local community, providing a unique platform for professional networking. Hosted at the stylish Java Creative Cafe, this month’s event offered a delightful blend of business networking and retro-themed entertainment, making it an unforgettable night for attendees.
One of the highlights of the evening was the popular lucky draw, which featured an diverse range of prizes, leaving attendees on the edge of their seats in anticipation. Winners walked away with exciting gifts, courtesy of generous sponsors.
More than just about business connections
There were discount vouchers for everything from house cleaning and cigars, thanks to Phnom Penh Cleaning Services (PPCS) snd Sticks’n’Smokes Quality Cigars, to free digital streaming subscriptions and mini golf vouchers from WeWatch and Birdies Mini Golf. There were also vouchers from a number of popular F&B outlets, including Botanico Wine & Beer Garden, Birdcage Hotel, Arch Lounge and Melbourne Coffee.
Finally, a Perfume Collection KH by RMG was a winner with the ladies and the grand prize, a free nighs stay at The Keys by Tomoka in Siem Reap for 2 people – including brunch and cocktails – topped off the night!
This month’s event was also extra special, thanks to a collaboration with Java Creative Cafe, which added a nostalgic touch to the evening. The retro theme saw the venue adorned with old Khmer movies and vintage photography displays, transporting attendees back in time. Attendees were also encouraged to embrace the theme by dressing in vintage attire. Three lucky winners who embodied the spirit of the theme were awarded exclusive prizes from Java Creative Cafe, adding a competitive edge to the evening.
Adding to the festivities was Cambooth KH, who set up their popular ‘selfie’ cam, providing guests with a dose of entertainment. Attendees were treated to a fun-filled evening of capturing memories and creating unique photos, making this networking event more than just about business connections.
