The event, which will kick off at 7pm on Friday the 31st of March at the Birdcage Boutique, will feature some optional games for guests that involve speaking Khmer, the winner of which will earn a free Khmer language course thanks to G2K.

G2K said they’ve chosen to sponsor the next InterNations event to meet with expatriates and professionals who are looking to build community and settle well in Cambodia.

InterNations Phnom Penh held their March networking event a tMonsieur Wine & Beyond.

“This is the first time we have hosted an InterNations event at our venue, located in the heart of Phnom Penh near the independence monument. We are looking forward to welcoming new people who come from around the world,” Nick said.

“We have a range of foods available on order, as well as our new snacks menu for guests. We also have a special offer on drinks, with free flow beer and juice all night for just $10 and free flow cocktails, house wine and mixed drinks for only $15,” he added.

G2K is a great addition to the event

InterNations ambassador and event organizer Tom Starkey added that G2K will be a great addition to the monthly event, introducing a local flavor in a fun way.

“G2K is one of the top language schools in Cambodia for ex-pats looking to learn Khmer. They employ local teachers to teach their language and the courses are well-designed,” Tom said.

“Having them on board at this month’s event is a way for us to not only connect with people from around the world but do so while embracing the rich culture in which we are all immersed,” he added.
