Cambodia Investment Review
Wing Bank has unveiled Jib Jib, a new digital banking companion that sits at the center of a major refresh of its mobile app and website, as the bank looks to differentiate itself in Cambodia’s rapidly evolving digital finance sector through personalization, rewards and enhanced customer engagement.
The launch combines an upgraded Wing Bank App, a redesigned website and an interactive digital assistant aimed at making banking more intuitive while rewarding customers for everyday transactions.
A Digital Banking Buddy
Unlike a conventional app upgrade, Jib Jib is designed to accompany users throughout their digital banking journey by offering helpful guidance and creating a more engaging experience as customers navigate the platform.
Wing Bank says the initiative marks the beginning of a broader strategy to make banking simpler, more personal and increasingly rewarding, reflecting changing consumer expectations for digital financial services.

“Today’s banking must go beyond transactions. This launch opens the door to a refreshed experience — one that reflects our belief that banking with Wing can be fun and easy,” said Dr. Dmytro Kolechko, Chief Executive Officer of Wing Bank.
New Features Put Customers in Control
At the heart of the refresh is an upgraded Wing Bank App with a suite of features designed to improve convenience and usability.
Customers can now switch more easily between Khmer riel and U.S. dollar accounts, scan KHQR codes faster, customize their home screen using drag-and-drop functionality, reposition the scan button to suit their preferences, quickly view account balances and receive alerts when their account is accessed from a second device. Users can also choose whether to display Jib Jib within the application.
The enhancements reflect a growing industry focus on personalization and user-centric design as digital banking adoption accelerates across Cambodia.
Banking That Rewards Everyday Activity
Perhaps the most significant addition is Jib Jib Missions, which transforms routine banking into a rewards-based experience.
Customers can earn Wingpoints, Golden Tickets and exclusive incentives by carrying out everyday transactions such as payments, money transfers and KHQR scans. Rather than requiring separate loyalty programs or promotional campaigns, the rewards are integrated directly into normal banking activity, encouraging customers to use the platform more frequently.
Tallal Ur Rehman, Chief Digital Banking Officer at Wing Bank, said the initiative is intended to create tangible value for customers beyond traditional banking services.

“The more customers engage with Wing Bank — whether through payments, purchases or transfers — the more they unlock tangible benefits. It’s a smarter, more rewarding way to bank,” he said.
Strengthening Wing’s Digital Ecosystem
Alongside the app refresh, Wing Bank has introduced a redesigned website aimed at making it easier for customers to explore products, access services and stay informed about new offerings as the institution continues expanding its digital ecosystem.
The coordinated rollout of Jib Jib, the upgraded app and the new website underscores Wing Bank’s strategy of investing in technology and customer experience to remain competitive in an increasingly crowded financial services market.
As Cambodian consumers embrace digital payments and mobile-first banking, lenders are competing not only on functionality but also on engagement, convenience and loyalty. By combining practical banking tools with interactive features and built-in rewards, Wing Bank is positioning Jib Jib as more than just a virtual assistant—it is intended to become a companion that helps customers get more value from their everyday financial lives.
The refreshed Wing Bank App and its new features are now available to customers nationwide.
