Cambodia Investment Review
The International Business Chamber of Cambodia (IBC) will hold its Road Safety Conference, sponsored by Ealytex, on October 20, bringing together government representatives, businesses and road safety stakeholders to discuss how employers can help protect employees and promote safer driving.
The conference at Raffles Hotel Le Royal in Phnom Penh will build on last year’s launch and distribution of the IBC Road Safety Toolkit, with a focus on how businesses can apply its resources within their organisations.
Discussions will cover road safety changes being implemented by the Royal Government of Cambodia and opportunities for private sector involvement. The programme will also explore practical measures employers can take to reduce road-related risks, strengthen workplace safety culture and help prevent accidents involving employees.
By connecting public and private sector stakeholders, the event aims to encourage wider adoption of safer driving practices and support efforts to improve Cambodia’s road environment.
