UN Women Cambodia will hold its first in-person training session on the Women’s Empowerment Principles Gender Gap Analysis Tool (WEPs GAT) at Novotel Phnom Penh BKK 1 on Thursday, September 10, 2026.
Running from 8:30am to 12pm, the practical workshop will help Cambodian companies assess their current gender equality practices and identify opportunities to strengthen workplace inclusion, employee retention and overall business performance.
The WEPs GAT is a free and confidential online assessment tool designed to help companies understand their progress on gender equality and identify areas requiring further action.
During the workshop, participants will learn how to use the tool to evaluate their company’s existing policies and practices. They will also receive guidance on turning the assessment results into concrete and strategic workplace initiatives.
Each company may register up to two representatives. The session is aimed at participants working in leadership, human resources, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, diversity and inclusion, or gender equality and social inclusion roles.
The training will run until midday, with lunch included for registered participants.
Companies can register through the WEPs GAT Workshop online form.
