BritCham to Launch Inaugural International Schools Guide at Third British Education Summit 2026

Cambodia Investment Review

BritCham Cambodia will host the Third British Education Summit on 17 March 2026, bringing together education leaders, school representatives, policymakers, and parents for a forum focused on the future of international education in Cambodia.

This year’s summit will also mark the official unveiling of BritCham Cambodia’s first-ever International Schools Guide, a new publication designed to provide clear, reliable information for families, businesses, and educators navigating the growing international school sector in the Kingdom.

The guide, sponsored by MyTEB and Koyani Education, is the first initiative of its kind produced by the chamber and aims to highlight the wide range of high-quality international education options now available in Cambodia, as the country continues to attract foreign investment, international professionals, and returning Cambodian families seeking globally recognised curricula.

The summit will open with remarks from H.E. Dominic Williams, British Ambassador to Cambodia, followed by a keynote address from Danny Whitehead, Country Director of the British Council for Cambodia, Thailand and Laos, who will speak on the role of international education partnerships in supporting skills development and long-term economic growth.

A panel discussion will explore current trends and challenges in the sector, moderated by Dr Michael Renfrew of the University of Puthisastra, with contributions from Ms Davit Choun, GESSI Specialist at UWS Cambodia, focusing on access, standards, and the evolving needs of students and families.

The event will be hosted by Andrew Millar, Vice Chair of BritCham Cambodia and Vice Principal at IDP Education, and is expected to attract a diverse audience including school leaders, parents, education providers, and business representatives interested in the continued development of Cambodia’s international education landscape.

With demand for international schooling rising steadily in recent years, BritCham Cambodia says the new guide is intended to become a practical reference point for those seeking trusted information on schools, curricula, and education pathways in the country.

Registration for the Third British Education Summit remains open via BritCham Cambodia’s event platform.
