We are excited to announce the Cambodia’s Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Strengthening Conference (CAMESCO2025), scheduled for November 21st, 2025, at Shangri-La Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
As the cornerstone event for Cambodia’s entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem, CAMESCO25 brings together entrepreneurs, Entrepreneur Support Organizations (ESOs), ecosystem builders, government agencies, local and international investors, and global network organizations to explore opportunities and foster collaborations. Organized and co-financed by Khmer Enterprise (KE), the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) within the Enhancing Entrepreneurial Ecosystem and Investment (3Ei) initiative, CAMESCO25 is designed to connect and empower key stakeholders committed to driving Cambodia’s entrepreneurial growth and innovation and is expected to attract over 200 participants.
A Comprehensive Reflection On Cambodia’s Entrepreneurial Ecosystem
Building on the success of previous editions, CAMESCO25 will facilitate a comprehensive reflection on Cambodia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem throughout the year, bringing together insights from Give a Day and Ecosystem Builder Network (EBN) convenings, as well as other ecosystem-strengthening activities. It will also highlight global and regional trends shaping entrepreneurship, explore pathways for sustainable financing, and foster partnerships that align with Cambodia’s national development priorities.
The theme for 2025, “From Collaboration to Catalyzing Systemic Impact,” focuses on translating partnerships and collective learning into structural transformation within Cambodia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. By creating a platform for knowledge exchange and joint action, the conference aims to convert collaboration into a scalable, systemic impact that drives long-term development, fosters innovation, and strengthens the resilience of entrepreneurs and support organizations. CAMESCO25 has established strategic partnerships with the Sasakawa Peace Foundation, the Nippon Foundation, ADB Frontier, GIZ, and the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE), significantly enhancing the conference’s global engagement. These collaborations will bring valuable expertise and insights to further advance Cambodia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and catalyze systemic impact.
Present Key Results From Cambodia’s Entrepreneurial Ecosystem
The event features a dynamic lineup of national, regional, and international speakers who will share experiences and insights across several sessions. Key discussions will cover how collaboration transforms ecosystem actors into catalysts for systemic impact, explore opportunities for mobilizing green and climate investments, and present key results from Cambodia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Participants will also gain valuable perspectives from global and regional initiatives accelerating entrepreneurial success and explore inclusive models that drive innovation and equitable growth. The event will conclude with a Speed Dating segment, offering fast-track connections between startups, SMEs, and investors to foster meaningful partnerships.
