Nearirath Sreng has been promoted to Partner of DFDL’s Banking and Finance practice in Cambodia, Lai Kooi Thong, who was previously based in the DFDL Cambodia practice, has been appointed Managing Director of DFDL Lao PDR and Diberjohn Balinas have been appointed to senior leadership roles within DFDL.
