Earlier this year, Asian Telecom hosted their 2024 awards program, recognizing exceptional accomplishments in the telecom industry across Asia. The categories ranged from Carrier to Technology Initiatives. Recognizing their remarkable achievements, Smart Axiata was awarded the titles of “HR Initiative of the Year” and “B2B Client Initiative of the Year.”

Winning the “HR Initiatives of the Year” award highlights Smart Axiata’s commitment to fostering a dynamic and inclusive workspace for their employees. During the Pchum Ben of 2023, Smart celebrated diversity and unity by hosting Smart Cultural Day, echoing the spiritual reverence and communal harmony of this occasion.
