DFDL Cambodia, in collaboration with Impact Hub Phnom Penh, is set to host an event focused on the essential process of business registration for Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cambodia. Scheduled for September 13, 2024, at Raintree Cambodia, this event aims to provide attendees with comprehensive insights into the legal and tax aspects of formalizing their businesses, particularly for MSMEs, which play a critical role in the country’s economic development.

Insights from DFDL Cambodia’s Experts

The event, titled “Updates on Business Registration for Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs),” will feature a lineup of experienced consultants and professionals from DFDL Cambodia, including Senior Consultant Samnangvathana Sor, Business Development & Consultant Julie Keo, Tax Partner Vajiravann Chamnan, and Senior Accounting Manager Vattanakpagna Chhun.

Samnangvathana Sor emphasized the importance of understanding the available forms of business registration in Cambodia. “Choosing the right registration type is crucial for compliance, especially for SMEs,” she said. “Our session will guide participants through navigating the registration process with the relevant authorities and adhering to ongoing corporate compliance requirements.”

Vattanakpagna Chhun will address the accounting aspects of business registration.
