Seng Youan, Director General of Logistics and Finance, high representative of H.E. Abhisantibindit Sar Sokha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and Dr. In Channy, President and Group Managing Director of ACLEDA Bank Plc., on behalf of ACLEDA Bank Plc., jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the Use of E-Payment Services of ACLEDA Bank for Visa Fee Collection from Customers via Cambodia e-Arrival.
Crucial For Connecting With The Development Of Technology
This Memorandum of Understanding is obviously crucial for connecting with the development of technology, offering the convenient and quick services to foreign travelers travelling to Cambodia for getting E-Visa and fulfilling arrival cards via Cambodia e-Arrival. The Royal Government of Cambodia has developed the Cambodia e-Arrival system for foreign travelers to access the website: www.arrival.gov.kh or application of Cambodia e-Arrival (CeA) on App Store and Play Store in smart phone or other smart devices to complete all applications for obtaining E-Visa and arrival card in advance instead of doing on hard copies as well as making payment of Visa Fee via E-payment system (E-Commerce – MPGS) of ACLEDA Bank.

The travelers applying for Visa at counters of International Airports in Cambodia can also make payment of Visa Fee via ACLEDA Bank’s E-payment services such as POS Terminal that are able to operate via many cards: Master Card, Visa Card, Union Pay, JCB, Dinner Club International, and scanning KHQR Code.

The Cambodia e-Arrival is developed by the General Department of Immigration of the Ministry of Interior in collaboration with other relevant ministries and institutions is a new achievement of the Royal Government under the wise leadership and progressive vision of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN MANET, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in order to attract tourists and investors as defined in the Pentagon strategy and in line with the context of the technologically advanced world.
The signing ceremony was attended by the leaders of the Ministry of Interior as well as some other officials of the Ministry of Interior and ACLEDA Bank.
