Internation Business Chamber of Cambodia hosts health and wellness on Thursday, 22nd February 2024, at the Prudential Head Office (V-trust Tower) in Phnom Penh. The event, which begins at 8:00 AM and runs until 10:00 AM, is designed to educate attendees on various health concerns, with a special focus on diabetes, a condition that affects millions globally.
This seminar, which also includes a complimentary light breakfast for participants, is not just an educational opportunity but a practical one as well. Thanks to a partnership with the University of Puthisastra, attendees will have the unique chance to receive free diabetes testing, a critical step in managing and preventing diabetes-related health issues.

Meanwhile, Mr. Mark Chen, a Corporate Wellness Specialist from Movement: Physiotherapy & Fitness, will highlight the significance of incorporating physical activity into daily routines for overall health improvement.
Moderating the event is Ms. Pauline Tan, CEO of Sing Specialists Medical Centre, who emphasized the importance of such initiatives. “This seminar serves as a vital platform for sharing knowledge and practical tips on maintaining and enhancing health and wellness.
