The 8th PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards, a grand gala event held on Friday, August 18, 2023, at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra, celebrated the nation’s most impressive real estate projects and developers.
OCIC Group made history by winning the top award of Best Developer for the first time. Their project, Diamond Bay Garden, added two accolades, including Best Condo Development (Cambodia). Siha Property Co., Ltd. was another notable winner, named Best Boutique Developer, while its project, Siha Residence, clinched four awards, including Best Housing Development (Cambodia).
Other projects like Marum Estate, Bay of Lights, and companies such as Dragon Land Investment Co., Ltd., Cambestate Management Co., Ltd., and Maline Office Co., Ltd., were also honored.

The main country winners from the PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards will advance to compete at the 18th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on December 8, in Bangkok, Thailand. They will face off against winners from various other dynamic property markets in the region.
