After the first InterNations event of 2023 saw a record attendance of over 65 people from 20+ countries attend, organizers have promised bigger and better for the next much-anticipated March 3rd meetup.

The popular monthly event – which is a unique let your hair-down ex-pat and local networking night – has teamed up with French wine connoisseurs Monsieur Wine & Beyond, at their stunning venue located in the heart of the beautiful Treellion park on Phnom Penh’s Diamond Island.

But that’s not all, the event will also be sponsored by digital entertainment and TV service WeWatch, who will not only be showcasing their tech products live but also providing prizes for a raffle and a live gaming competition so attendees can face off against one another!
“We want to keep the events fresh and exciting,” said organiser and InterNations Ambassador Tom Starkey, “so it’s great to be introducing an amazing new venue and teaming up with new partners to bring something different,” she said
“The fact that WeWatch will be providing the means for a live competition on-site as well as a raffle with multiple prizes will really set our March event apart, we’re excited to have them on board!” she added
WeWatch CEO Sarah Wang said they are looking forward to being involved and showcasing why their cutting-edge tech-driven TV platform is taking over the market.
“We want to make our WeWatch TV an accessible platform that’s enjoyed by the both local and expat community in Cambodia. We are looking forward to demonstrating at such a diverse event how our product has something for everyone,” she added.
Tom also said that this month’s new venue will also offer an extra edge to the event, adding that, “these guys are premium French wine connoisseurs who regularly host a variety of successful events, so I know we are in good hands.”
Venue will offer premium wine collection
Mr Pilliat Fabio, Manager at Monsieur Wine & Beyond said he is grateful and excited that Monsieur has been chosen to host the latest InterNations Event.
“After receiving our new selection of wine coming straight from France, we now have more than 90 quality references to propose for guests on the night, in addition to a range of tasty different beers, spirits and refreshments already in the shop,” he said
“We can’t wait to welcome you to our high-end venue and we I personally guaranty you will enjoy the night!” he added.
The March 3rd event is only $2 for premium (Albatros) InterNations members, and $8 for all standard members, who can become one by signing up for free on the InterNations website.
