Cambodia Investment Review
Panasonic Cambodia has partnered with the 2022 Property Guru Cambodia Property Awards to highlight expanding the real-estate sector in Cambodia with its market-leading air-conditioning and ventilation systems, particularly with nanoeX technology.
The awards are part of the larger regional PropertyGuru Asia Property awards, which were established in 2005 to highlight innovation in real estate across Asia and the Pacific.
The awards are making a highly anticipated return in 2022 as an in-person, safely conducted, exclusive black-tie gala dinner and ceremony at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra on Friday, 26 August.
Market-leading air-conditioning and ventilation systems
Mr. Yasunobu Matsumoto CEO, Country Head of Panasonic Cambodia said Panasonic has always been involved in expanding the real-estate sector in Cambodia with its market-leading air-conditioning and ventilation systems, particularly with nanoeX technology.
Panasonic’s patent nanoe™X technology is found in its newest air conditioner line-up including residential, packaged, and VRF systems which ultimately delivers peace of mind for guests, workers, and business owners.
“Cambodian shoppers and business owners will have little to fear as public spaces are outfitted with Panasonic nanoeX enabled air conditioners including VRF systems which ensure bacteria and viruses are eliminated, allowing them to go about their day, safe in the knowledge that they are well-taken care of,” he said.
According to Mr. Matsumoto, Panasonic Cambodia has already established itself as a reliable partner among local developers by offering a wide range of products that covers much of the ever-evolving needs of developers in the Kingdom
“Panasonic will continue to support industry stakeholders and the company believes Property Guru Cambodia Property Awards is the ideal platform to recognize the effort,” he further added.
Panasonic Cambodia offers its nanoeX technology
“The nanoeX was created to inhibit bacteria and virus using capsules of water containing an abundance of OH radicals. Although we actually invented this prior to Covid-19 it has taken on particular importance since then. This is now our flagship product for B2B sales, such as to housing developments and malls,” Mr. Matsumoto said.
“The nanoeX now boasts a number of important customers, such as the Malaysian parliament, car manufacturers such as Toyota, Jaguar, and Japanese mass transport systems for example,” he added.
In this respect, the company also said the brand recognition for both the nanoeX and their units, in general, would help keep them as market leaders in the B2B sector, despite the emergence of cheaper products from other markets
