Phnom Penh’s international business community will gather this week for a high-profile International Women’s Day celebration as Oakwood Premier Phnom Penh hosts the annual “Women in White” event on Friday, March 6, 2026.

The evening event, titled “Women in White: Golden Era of New York Glamour,” will take place from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM at the Grand Ballroom, Level 3 of Oakwood Premier Phnom Penh, located in the One Park development in Phnom Penh City Center.

Organized by Oakwood Premier Phnom Penh in collaboration with One Park and AmCham Cambodia’s Women’s Steering Committee, the event is expected to bring together members of the business community, entrepreneurs, professionals, partners, and media representatives to mark International Women’s Day while supporting a charitable cause.

Celebrating Women Across Cambodia’s Business Community

Inspired by the bold elegance of New York during the 1970s and 1980s, the event’s theme encourages guests to dress in white, symbolizing confidence, resilience, and empowerment. The concept reflects the organizers’ aim to celebrate women across Cambodia’s professional and entrepreneurial ecosystem while creating an evening of networking and engagement for Phnom Penh’s international and local business communities.

The event highlights the contributions of women across a wide range of sectors, recognizing the role of leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and community advocates who continue to shape Cambodia’s economic and social landscape.

Supporting World Vision’s Humanitarian Initiatives

Beyond celebration, Women in White also serves as a fundraising initiative supporting the humanitarian work of World Vision.

World Vision works to support vulnerable communities, particularly women and children, through programmes focused on child protection, community development, and emergency assistance. Organizers noted that the organization has been actively mobilizing resources and assistance to support families affected by regional instability, providing essential aid while helping communities rebuild with dignity and resilience.

Proceeds from the event will contribute to these ongoing initiatives, helping to provide protection, essential resources, and long-term support for communities facing hardship.

Business Community and Media Partners Back the Event

The evening will feature a curated networking experience with free-flow drinks and hors d’oeuvres, offering guests an opportunity to connect with peers from across Cambodia’s business, diplomatic, and development sectors.

Attendance is priced at USD20 nett for AmCham Cambodia members and USD25 nett for non-members.

The event has attracted support from a wide range of private sector organizations operating in Cambodia. Gold sponsors for the evening include Leekaja Cambodia and Cambrew Ltd., while silver sponsors include APD Bank, ZO Motor, Ascott Raffles Place Singapore, MORI Bistro, Surat Trading Ltd., Bioglan Cambodia, Grab, Boncafé Cambodia, JV Beauty Center, DIA Bird Nest Cambodia, Seatel, Ting Hai Chinese Restaurant, and Soladia Hotel & Residences by One Park.

Media coverage will be supported by a number of local and regional outlets, including PNN News, Fresh News, Kiripost, B2B Asia News, Cambodia Investment Review, FYN Media, KUDU Studios, NB Cambodia, and Cambodia Insight.
